All Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge

Seawater, weak acids and alkalis, steam, and mildly corrosive media pose a serious problem for ordinary copper-wetted pressure gauges. The corrosive medium quickly attacks the Bourdon tube and connection. This damages the instrument or even causes medium leakage. Anhui Tiankang's all stainless steel pressure gauge (YBF series) solves this problem completely. The housing, connection, Bourdon tube, and movement are all made of stainless steel. Standard configuration is 304 stainless steel. 316L is available as an upgrade. This completely eliminates copper alloy contact with corrosive media. The gauge maintains long life and stable readings even in harsh environments.

Based on different operating conditions, we offer two core configurations. The YBF standard stainless steel corrosion-proof type suits pipelines and storage tanks with no severe vibration and mildly corrosive media. The YBFN oil-filled vibration-resistant stainless steel type adds glycerin or silicone oil filling inside the housing. This effectively absorbs equipment vibration and pressure pulsation. The pointer remains stable without excessive oscillation. It does not damage the movement from intense vibration. This type is particularly suitable for pump outlets, compressors, and fans with severe vibration. Both types have IP65 ingress protection. This effectively handles outdoor rain, humidity, and dusty environments.

All stainless steel pressure gauge products offer a clear material upgrade path. 304 stainless steel is the basic general-purpose configuration. It handles clean water, steam, and mild chemical corrosion. For chloride-containing, high salt spray, and seawater applications, we strongly recommend 316L stainless steel full wetted configuration. This has far better pitting resistance and crevice corrosion resistance than 304. For strong corrosive media like hydrochloric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, Monel or Hastelloy C-276 alloy materials are available.

The standard window is organic glass. For high-pressure or high-risk applications, we upgrade to tempered safety glass. Fluororubber seals further enhance medium sealing. Dial sizes, mounting forms, and ranges are the same as the Y-series. These include φ60 (2.5%), φ100 (1.6%), and φ150 (1.6%). Ranges from 0-0.1MPa to 0-100MPa are fully covered.

Export orders can be customized with dual-scale or triple-scale English dials showing MPa/bar/psi. We supply NPT threads and EN 837-1 compliance. Each all stainless steel pressure gauge comes with a complete material traceability report. Export shipments include CE (PED+RoHS) certification, ISO17025 calibration reports, and EN10204 3.1B material certificates. The 18-month warranty provides additional assurance.
