Y-series General Pressure Gauge

Pressure measurement is the most basic and common task in industrial process control. For media like air, water, room-temperature steam, or lubricating oil, a simple mechanical pressure gauge is the most cost-effective choice. These media are non-corrosive, non-crystallizing, and non-explosive. Anhui Tiankang's Y-series general pressure gauge uses a copper alloy Bourdon tube as the elastic sensing element. When the measured medium pressure enters the Bourdon tube, the free end of the tube moves. A gear mechanism amplifies this movement and drives the pointer across the dial. The gauge shows the pressure value directly. The mechanical transmission is stable and reliable. It does not depend on any external power source.

The dial diameter and mounting form are the core selection dimensions. Dial diameters include φ40, φ60, φ100, φ150, and φ200mm. φ100 and φ150 are the most common sizes for industrial pipelines. Accuracy is 2.5% for φ40/φ60 gauges and 1.6% for φ100 and larger. Precision grade 1.0% is available on request. The standard connection thread is Chinese standard M20×1.5 (for φ100 and above) and M14×1.5 (for φ60 and below). Export orders can be supplied with NPT1/4, NPT1/2, or G1/2 threads.

Y-series general pressure gauge products offer multiple mounting configurations. Radial without flange is the standard for direct pipe mounting. Radial with rear flange (T type) suits wall or panel mounting. Axial without flange (Z type) is for back-of-panel connection. Axial with front flange (ZQ type) is the standard for control cabinet flush mounting. The measurement range covers most low and medium pressure scenarios. Positive pressure ranges from 0-0.1MPa to 0-60MPa are fully covered. Vacuum monitoring uses the vacuum gauge (Z) with range -0.1 to 0MPa. Alternating positive and negative pressure applications use the pressure-vacuum gauge (YZ) with compound ranges from -0.1-0.06MPa to -0.1-2.4MPa.

The Y-series uses copper alloy wetted parts. These materials are not suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis, or special corrosive gases. If the medium is seawater, weak acids, or chloride-containing environments, please select the YBF stainless steel pressure gauge. For sites with significant vibration, we recommend the YTN vibration-resistant pressure gauge.
Each Y-series general pressure gauge undergoes individual calibration according to JJG 52 verification procedures before shipment. We verify indication error, return error, and tap displacement. Third-party calibration reports with CNAS accreditation are available. Export shipments meet EN 837-1 standards. We provide PED 2014/68/EU pressure equipment directive compliance, RoHS 2.0 environmental directive compliance, and English DoC declarations of conformity. The 18-month warranty provides additional confidence.
