Precision Signal Transmission for Sensitive Measurements
DCS distributed control systems, PLC field buses, industrial computers, and precision instrument signal transmission carry very weak signals. These include millivolt-level thermocouple signals, 4-20mA analog signals, and RS485 digital communication signals. These weak signals require much more than ordinary control cables. Any cross-talk between lines or external electromagnetic interference can cause measurement data drift and false control commands. Anhui Tiankang's shielded computer cable (DJ series) is designed for demanding signal transmission applications. It uses polyethylene (PE) insulation with low working capacitance and low signal attenuation. The multi-layer anti-interference structure uses twisted pairs plus individual shields plus overall shield. This ensures every weak signal travels accurately from the field to the control room.
The key difference from ordinary control cables is the unique twisted pair plus layered shield structure. Each pair of signal wires is precisely twisted together first. Twisting cancels electromagnetic induction interference. Then each pair is individually covered with a shield (copper tape or aluminum-plastic composite tape, called "individual shielding"). Finally, all cores are covered with an overall shield (copper wire braid or copper tape). The triple anti-interference design of twisted pair + individual shield + overall shield effectively eliminates cross-talk between circuits. It also resists strong electromagnetic fields from VFDs, large motors, and medium-high voltage cables. In the same control cabinet or cable trench, shielded computer cables can coexist with multiple high-power cables without signal quality degradation.
Shielded computer cable products include DJYPV as the most basic configuration. This has PE insulation, copper tape individual shielding, and PVC sheath. It suits relatively clean electromagnetic environments inside control rooms. DJYPVP adds copper wire braid overall shielding over the individual shields. This forms a double-layer shielded structure. It is the first choice for workshops and factory areas with dense VFDs and complex electromagnetic environments.


Armored and Fire-Resistant Options
DJYPV22/DJYPVP22 adds a steel tape armor layer. This suits direct burial underground and outdoor cable trench installations. For subways, underground utility tunnels, and nuclear auxiliary buildings, WDZ-DJYYP low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cross-linked type is mandatory. Standard conductor cross-sections are 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 1.5mm². The number of pairs ranges from 1 to 24 pairs.
All products strictly follow GB/T 9330 and JB/T 10696 standards. They undergo testing for working capacitance, inductance-resistance ratio, and shielding coefficient before shipment. This ensures signal transmission performance meets specifications. Export shipments include CE certification and IEC standard test reports.
