Distro Power Box

Distribution boxes are the terminal execution units of low-voltage power distribution systems. They distribute power from the upstream source to individual power terminals. They provide short circuit and overload protection. They enable local control and energy metering. Building lighting circuits, industrial plant power equipment, municipal street light monitoring, and chemical and oil hazardous area power supply all depend on reliable distribution box operation. The internal configuration of a distribution box depends on the functional requirements. Lighting distribution boxes use miniature circuit breakers. They have many circuits with low current. They serve lighting and general socket distribution. Power distribution boxes use molded case circuit breakers, AC contactors, and thermal overload relays. They serve fans, pumps, motors, and other power equipment with overload protection. Control boxes add PLCs, push buttons, indicator lights, and selector switches to the distribution function. These enable local equipment start-stop and status indication.

Stainless steel corrosion-proof type (304/316L) suits coastal salt spray, wastewater treatment, and mild chemical corrosive environments.

Flameproof explosion-proof type (ExdⅡCT6) uses cast aluminum flameproof enclosures. All internal components are enclosed in the explosion-proof chamber. This suits chemical, oil and gas, and dust workshop hazardous areas. The product holds NEPSI national explosion-proof certification. Export shipments include ATEX/IECEx certification.
