Mao mentioned that Tianchang, known as the 'Hometown of Instrumentation Cables in China', boasts a complete instrumentation industry cluster ecosystem. Anhui Tiankang Group, ranked among China's Top 500 private enterprises, is a leading company in the national demonstration base for new industrialised instrumentation, and a core member of the national characteristic industrial cluster for smart instruments of small and medium-sized enterprises. With over fifty years in the measurement and control sector, it has a comprehensive manufacturing system, a mature marketing network, and a national-level R&D platform. Currently, the industry is at a crucial stage for domestic substitution. 'He who walks alone quickly, walks together far.' This strategic cooperation is an important move for the group to extend and strengthen its supply chain and promote open collaboration. Shanghai Module focuses on the specialized field of temperature transmitters, while Anhui Tensian concentrates on gas detection and analysis instruments. Both companies are benchmark experts in their niches, aligning closely with Tiankang's development philosophy and industrial layout. In the future, all parties will work together on joint technology research, co-development of products, and shared markets, tackling industry technical challenges, advancing the replacement of imported high-end instruments with domestic products, and jointly exploring the industrial blue ocean.
Han Hengchao, General Manager of Shanghai Modulus Instruments Co., Ltd., delivered a speech as a representative of the strategic cooperation signing unit. Han Hengchao stated that Anhui Tiankang Group has long been deeply involved in industrial manufacturing and instrumentation, possessing a complete product system, solid manufacturing foundation, rich project experience, and extensive customer resources in the temperature instrumentation sector, making it one of the most influential companies in China's temperature instrument field. Shanghai Modulus has focused on temperature transmitter R&D for over thirty years, concentrating on high precision, high stability, and predictive maintenance intelligent technology. This strategic cooperation will deeply integrate the strengths of both parties, jointly develop new products for emerging markets such as data centre liquid cooling, high-end special conditions, and intelligent fault diagnosis, and leverage Tiankang's sales network to implement more high-end projects, together creating a domestically manufactured temperature measurement and control product system with core competitiveness.
Hua Qiguo, Executive Deputy Director of the National Enterprise Technology Centre of Anhui Tiankang Group, gave a detailed introduction focusing on the overall planning of the cooperation project, systematically explaining the implementation path, joint research directions and market coordination mechanism of this strategic cooperation. In the presence of the guests, Hua Qiguo, representing Anhui Tiankang Group, signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements with Han Hengchao, General Manager of Shanghai Modu, and Zhang Yuqiang, General Manager of Anhui Tianshi'an, marking a new stage in the coordinated development of both parties' industrial chains.
During the product promotion session, six professional technical presentations were held one after another, fully showcasing the core technological achievements of various parties. Zhang Yuqiang, General Manager of Anhui Tianshi'an, shared on gas detection and analysis instruments, detailing the application advantages of high-precision gas detection equipment in the chemical and environmental protection industries; Wang Lihuang, Vice General Manager of Shanghai Modulus, explained the new generation of intelligent temperature transmitter modules, focusing on predictive maintenance and sensor health diagnostics; Li Bing, Vice General Manager of Chengdu Keli, presented the performance of Coriolis mass flow meters and their applications across multiple industries; Zhang Xiaodong, engineer at Tiankang Baichuang, introduced the new generation ultrasonic level meters, covering measurement solutions for pipelines and open channels in various scenarios; Chen Feng, General Manager of Tiankang Zhicheng, discussed the full range of wireless smart instruments and the digital application of IoT remote monitoring and control; Shao Shigao, company engineer, explained the intelligent anti-leak device system providing complete safety management solutions for oil, gas and chemical applications.
Li Anqing, head of the group's legal department, explained the group's product sales and agency situation at the meeting.
At the meeting, the signing of the sales agency agreement took place, laying a solid channel foundation for the full launch of the new product. During the free discussion session, attending sales representatives shared their views on project collaboration, product customisation, technical coordination, and joint development of regional markets.
