On the afternoon of July 21, Pan Liquan, Vice President of the Anhui Provincial Party School (Anhui Administrative College), led a team to Anhui Tiankang Group to investigate and guide the Party building work in non-public enterprises. They were accompanied by Ye Xiaozheng, Vice President of Chuzhou Municipal Party School, and Wang Lin, Deputy Secretary of Tianchang Municipal Committee and President of the Municipal Party School. Mao Wenzhang, Deputy Secretary and General Manager of the Party Committee of Anhui Tiankang Group, and Yu Zhengjiang, Party Committee Member and Director of the Party Committee Office, warmly received Pan Liquan and his team.

Pan Liquan and his team visited the Anhui Tiankang Group Party Culture Exhibition Centre to get a detailed understanding of the group's corporate Party work model and listened to a report from the group's Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager Mao Wenzhang on the group's efforts in Party member education and training, Party-led business development and talent building. As the first non-public enterprise Party committee in Tianchang City, the Anhui Tiankang Group Party Committee was established in August 1999 and now has 249 Party members. Over the years, the Party committee has adhered to the enterprise philosophy of 'Listen to the Party, do practical work, innovate beyond expectations, enjoy giving, and prosper together', achieving resonance between Party building and business development, and highlighting the Party brand of 'Red Heart to the Party, Artisan Intelligence in Manufacturing'. The group has been consecutively recognised as a national model workers' home, a national enterprise technology centre, an advanced grassroots Party organisation in Anhui Province, one of the first provincial 'Dual-Strong Six-Good' non-public enterprise Party organisations, and a demonstration site for non-public enterprise Party building in the province.

Pan Liquan and his team fully recognised the development achievements and party-building work of Anhui Tiankang Group. Pan Liquan pointed out that party-building in non-public enterprises is an important part of grassroots party work, and Anhui Tiankang Group, as a provincial model for party-building in non-public enterprises, has experience and practices in leading high-quality business development through high-quality party-building that are worth summarising and promoting. He emphasised the need to continue deepening the integration of party-building and business development, fully leveraging the core role of party organisations in reform and transformation, to provide useful references for party-building work in non-public enterprises across the province.
