Accurate Temperature Measurement on Equipment Surfaces
Pipe outer wall temperature, reactor jacket surface temperature, and motor bearing housing temperature are critical measurements. These are situations where you cannot insert a sensor into the medium. This need is common in thermal power steam pipe inspections, chemical reactor external wall monitoring, and rubber extruder barrel temperature control. Anhui Tiankang's surface thermocouples and surface RTDs offer six structure types. Each design ensures tight contact with different surface shapes. This includes flat surfaces, pipelines, moving rollers, and narrow gaps.
The result is low thermal resistance and high precision surface temperature capture. For fixed equipment temperature measurement, we recommend the patch type (WRNM-01). This model secures with screws on flanges or molds. The ultra-thin design takes up almost no space. For long-term monitoring of pipe outer walls, the clamp type (WRNM-02) works best. The stainless steel clamp and heat collection block securely "hug" pipe diameters from DN15 to DN500.
Surface thermocouples and surface RTDs offer versatility for every application. For temporary inspections on steel equipment, the magnetic type (WRNM-03) works instantly. No tools are needed. For moving surfaces like rollers or steel strips, the roller type (WRNM-04) provides long-term wear resistance without damaging equipment. The welded base type can be welded directly to reactor outer walls. It withstands 800°C without detachment.


Performance and Material Options
Surface thermocouples (WRNM) use K/E/J/T indexing. They cover a wide temperature range from -200°C to 800°C. This makes them suitable for high-temperature outer wall monitoring. Surface RTDs (WZPM) offer higher accuracy and long-term stability in the medium-low temperature range of -200 to 500°C. They are ideal for molds or bearing housings that require precise temperature control.
All probes come with stainless steel braided armored leads. These leads can bend freely. They resist vibration and are oil-resistant. For export orders, we provide NPT threads, complete English calibration reports, and ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof certification.
