Anhui Tiankang's explosion-proof thermocouples and explosion-proof RTDs are professional temperature measurement devices designed for Zone 1, Zone 2, and even Zone 0 hazardous locations.

The core safety feature is the NEPSI-certified flameproof junction box. The Exd (flameproof) type uses a thick cast aluminum housing. This housing can contain internal electrical sparks or arcs. It prevents these sparks from igniting explosive gases outside the box. This simple but effective design saves lives and protects assets.

Explosion-proof thermocouples and explosion-proof RTDs come in multiple configurations. The ExdⅡCT6 flameproof type is the most common choice for chemical and oil and gas applications. Maximum surface temperature stays below 85°C. This rating works safely with high-risk gases including hydrogen and acetylene. For Zone 0 areas where explosive gas is continuously present, we recommend the Exia intrinsically safe type. This design limits voltage and current to prevent ignition energy from existing at all. It also allows live maintenance without powering down.

Both explosion-proof types can be paired with assembled structures (like WRN-240), sheathed types (like WRNK-241), or integrated transmitter versions (WRNB-240). This flexibility adapts to pipelines, compact equipment, or direct DCS connections. Every explosion-proof product falls under China's CCC certification management. We strictly follow the GB3836 series of standards.

Each explosion-proof junction box undergoes IP65 water and dust ingress testing. We also perform internal ignition non-transmission tests. These tests confirm reliability in outdoor or humid environments. For export projects, we can simultaneously provide ATEX 2014/34/EU, IECEx, and EAC TR CU 004/020 certificates. These documents help clear customs smoothly.

Our engineering team assists with site classification during the selection phase. We help identify the correct temperature group and required explosion-proof type.
