Intelligent Temperature Controllers
These intelligent temperature controllers are microprocessor-based and accept inputs from various thermocouples, RTDs (resistance temperature detectors), or linear signals. They feature PV (Process Value) and SV (Set Value) retransmission capabilities. Five output modes are available simply by plugging in the corresponding module, and the control action (direct or reverse) is fully configurable. Offering high performance, quality, and affordability, they provide four alarm modes and seamless switching between manual and automatic control. Main control options include On/Off (two-position) and PID control modes. Rigorous factory testing ensures high reliability. Common malfunctions are typically caused by improper operation or incorrect parameter settings. The instruments support RS-485 multi-master communication for connection to a host computer, enabling integration into a DCS (Distributed Control System).


Digital Display Temperature Controllers
These controllers feature a 3-digit or 4-digit LED display and a single signal input. They utilize unique anti-interference technology to ensure high precision, excellent control performance, and easy installation. A wide range of control modes is available, including On/Off, three-position, upper/lower limit differential, time-proportional, continuous SCR (thyristor) regulation, On/Off PID, and continuous PID regulation. The technical specifications meet advanced domestic standards. An over-temperature alarm function can be added as needed, making these controllers suitable for temperature measurement and automatic control in industries such as metallurgy, machinery, textiles, plastics, refrigeration, and oven manufacturing.
