For applications between -200°C and 500°C, nothing beats the performance of an RTD. Anhui Tiankang's industrial RTD temperature sensors use platinum resistance elements to deliver superior accuracy. These sensors provide reliable data that helps operators maintain product quality and process efficiency.

The working principle is simple and proven. Platinum metal changes electrical resistance in a predictable way as temperature changes. This relationship is highly linear and extremely stable over time. Unlike thermocouples, RTDs do not require cold junction compensation. The output signal is a resistance value that can be measured with high precision. This makes industrial RTD temperature sensors the preferred choice for applications where measurement accuracy matters most.

Industrial RTD temperature sensors from Anhui Tiankang use Pt100 as the standard element. Class A accuracy is ±(0.15+0.002|t|). This level of precision satisfies demanding requirements in pharmaceutical production, laboratory measurements, and high-end industrial processes. For even higher accuracy, we offer Pt1000 elements and four-wire connection configurations.

Versatile Configurations for Every Installation

 

Our industrial RTD line covers almost every installation scenario. Assembled types (WZP series) use rigid φ16 metal protection tubes. These are ideal for pipelines and reactors where the sensor mounts permanently. Sheathed types (WZPK series) use the integrated drawing process with magnesium oxide insulation. These bendable sensors resist vibration and respond quickly. They fit into tight spaces where rigid sensors cannot go.

Thermowell types (WZP-01T) serve high-pressure steam pipelines. They handle up to 30MPa pressure and allow element replacement without system shutdown. Surface types (WZPM series) measure temperatures on equipment outer walls using clamps, patches, or magnetic bases. We also offer wear-resistant, corrosion-proof, bearing-specific, and integrated transmitter models.

Every industrial RTD temperature sensor undergoes testing in our CNAS-accredited laboratory. We verify resistance-temperature characteristics against international standards. Our production facility covers over 1600 mu (about 260 acres). We employ more than 6,000 staff members. Monthly production capacity reaches hundreds of thousands of RTD units. This scale allows us to serve both small projects and large international contracts.

Export shipments include English certificates, ISO17025 calibration reports, and CE, ATEX, or IECEx certifications. The three-wire connection is standard for industrial use. Four-wire connections are available for high-precision requirements. All products carry an 18-month warranty.
