A launch event was recently held in Huainan, Anhui, for the group standard titled "Competency Evaluation Specifications for Personnel Assessing New Energy Vehicles Involved in Accidents" (T/CAMRA 034-2026), issued by the China Auto Maintenance & Repair Association (CAMRA). During the event, the list of pilot units for the application of this standard was officially announced; Anhui Tiankang Hengyuan Auto Repair Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as one of the 72 pilot units nationwide and stands as the only auto repair enterprise in Anhui Province to receive this honor.

Hosted by CAMRA, the event brought together over a hundred industry representatives from the fields of auto repair, vocational education, insurance assessment, and new energy technology. The "Competency Evaluation Specifications" represent a significant domestic group standard focused on talent competency in the assessment of new energy vehicles involved in accidents. The standard aims to establish a unified competency evaluation system for assessment professionals, address standardization gaps in areas such as collision and thermal runaway accident assessment, standardize service workflows, and elevate the professionalism and standardization of inspection and assessment processes for these vehicles.

The selection of Anhui Tiankang Hengyuan Auto Repair Co., Ltd. as a pilot unit for this national-level group standard serves as a strong endorsement by the industry association of the company's technical capabilities and standardized operational excellence. Moving forward, the company will strictly adhere to the standard's requirements and actively participate in its practical implementation. Leveraging its technical expertise, the company will conduct research on assessment technologies, provide standardized practical training for personnel, and explore various application scenarios for the standard. Furthermore, it will continuously refine its inspection and assessment workflows and accumulate practical case studies to provide frontline data for the standard's ongoing optimization. By fulfilling its role as a pilot and demonstration unit, the company aims to empower the transformation and upgrade of the new energy vehicle repair industry within the province and contribute to the high-quality development of the national new energy vehicle accident assessment sector.
